SELECT YOUR CASE\n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Case selection is the first step in the custom panel design process. Only NANUK cases can be fitted with a custom panel. Many NANUK cases offer both lid and base mounting options. Check our case products pages to find the case with the right configuration for your application. SEND US YOUR PANEL LAYOUT DRAWINGS\n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>To begin the design process\u200b, we require drawings\u200b,\u200b in either 2D or 3D format\u200b,\u200b that accurately represent the shape and size of the panel cut-outs. MATERIAL SELECTION\n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Plasticase offers different types of materials for your panel project. The three material types that are commonly specified are\u200b aluminium, polycarbonate or Alupanel\u200b,\u200b which is a polyethylene aluminium composite. DEVELOP DRAWINGS FOR CUSTOMER REVIEW\n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Once we have all the technical information required to proceed with the design process\u200b,\u200b our team of designers will prepare a set of drawings \u200bto\u200b clearly illustrates your panel layout along with fit \u200binside\u200b the case. These drawings will also indicate all engineering details required to manufacture the panel. PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION\n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Once the drawings have been reviewed and accepted by the customer we will produce a prototype to confirm fit and function of the design. Our engineering department will review the prototype to confirm the foam meets the initial requirements. If the prototype is to your satisfaction\u200b,\u200b simply sign the provide\u200bd\u200b production approval drawings \u200bin order to proceed to the start of\u200b production. There are two different methods we use to manufacture the panel depending on the requirements of the project and the material type.
